Seventy years, it’s been. It’s the feeling of warmth and goodness to listen to Prime Minister, Mr. Narendra Modi’s address for the day. A day to feel proud about and think on how can one contribute to make the living better.

We all are writers for our nations magazine. It is our duty to write something which directly or indirectly impacts for the betterment. Not just once, but frequently and periodically.

  5. Well written PH. And you just proved your words true and wrote for the magazine. I am always disturbed by people’s comments that say patriotism isn’t a one day affair. It is sad that people think that way. They don’t celebrate something they have thinking it will be considered a cheap show. How free are they? One needs to be truly free to write or celebrate independence 🙂 You, my friend, are a free soul 🙂

    • Thank you so much! I so much agree on that. It’s just like we celebrate birthdays or festivals. Like every other, we need to celebrate Aug 15 and Jan 26 too. They are representative days! I feel sorry for people who claim it to be one day affair! They are just too lazy to celebrate anything. (Provided if they are working every other day, something to compensate the claim they make).
