Meaning: when one is sure about something is not going to happen, confidence on an event. Example usage: I will eat my hat if she agrees.

Lights could be knot,
Human teleported,

Infinity reached,
End Human stupidity?

It will never end, unfortunately. I don’t often wear hats, I don’t want to eat one.

The end to human stupidity? Now that would be something definitely worth eating a hat over. 🙂 Enjoyed this!

Hilarious. 😀 Great post! Liked it a lot. As Einstein once said, “Two things are infinite: the universe and human stupidity; and I’m not sure about the universe.” 🙂

Your challenge is tempting but I am afraid, I won’t be able to post everyday. Thought to post in your comment section. Great job! 👍

I try my best to keep it simple, then it all becomes a puzzled poetry. 😛 I feel them good that way.
Thank you so much for all the patience you take. I was so happy to read that comment. Thank you so much.. 🙂

A cartoon character once actually ate his hat. I’ve looked on Google and YouTube but can’t find a clip. It might have been Flintstones, but I’m not sure.

Oh, good to know. Thank you for sharing that information. 🙂 I could not recollect seeing such. Could be.. 🙂

I am enjoying reading your challenge. I find it entertaining though sometimes a bit obscure. Maybe I need to put more thought into analyzing the poems. You certainly have a lively mind. The character that ate its hat could have come from one of the Dr. Seuss books. After this challenge, and if you’re still into writing poetry, how about trying some narrative poems. I think you could be particularly good at them. Regards, Andrew Pender-Smith.
