Its April of 2017 and Day 03 of A to Z Challenge. I am doing Idiom a day and 8 line poem for the idiom.

Idiom: Clear as Mud

Meaning: something that is confusing and unclear

Poem:
A kid’s exploration,
Curious surrounding,
Everything around,
Clear as mud.
Then the kid grows,
Mostly,
To become,
Mud.

  1. Ha ha, quite the ending. We’re all made of mud aren’t we? What a delightful idea to use an idiom a day. This is a treat to read. Must thank Ankita for sharing your post on Twitter 🙂

  2. Idiom: Cut the mustard
Meaning: To be good enough to do something.

    Amidst the asinine rat race
    and talks of bard
This all gets in my face
    I can’t cut the mustard.
