Captain Hyperbole

This post is written for Three Line Tales Challenge Number 40.  It is a challenge put forth by Sonya from Only 100 Words, where we write a three line tale for the supplied image.

My story this week is three hyperbole’s associated with three elements in the image: Smoke, Darkness and Human.

A Hyperbole is exaggerated statements or claims not meant to be taken literally. It is an unreal exaggeration to emphasize the real situation.

Who could be the captain Hyperbole?

“I am as dark as your inner beauty” – Darkness

“Smoke clouds bring silver linings to my darkness ” – Human
